LEWISTON – Virginia G. Cash, 71, of Knox St., died on Feb. 19, at home, with her loving family by her side.

She was born on July 4, 1936, in Farmington, the daughter of Elmer and Illona (Fish) Howard.

She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and enjoyed helping with church functions. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by sisters, Sally Davis and Phyllis Turner; sons, Roger and John Wright; daughter, Cindy Bennett; brothers, George, Alton, Terry, Gary, Norman and Danny Howard; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Peter, Jimmy and Benny Howard; daughter, Illona E. Greeley; son, Clifford E. Wright; several grandchildren; and her dog, Spike.
