LEWISTON – A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Lucienne P. Hodgdon was held Monday morning at St. Patrick’s Chapel. The Rev. Michael Seavey celebrated the Mass. Lu’s son, Eric Hodgdon, carried his mother’s urn into church and placed it in front of the altar. Corey Hodgdon, Lu’s grandson, then read Old and New Testament readings during Mass.

Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Eric Hodgdon and his wife, Dawn.

Following Mass, a procession was formed from church to St. Peter’s Cemetery where committal prayers were recited by the Rev. Seavey. Following the committal, all were invited to the Ramada Inn for a reception of fellowship.

Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Lewiston.
