LEWISTON – Oxford Networks announces the hiring of Peter Munro as product manager.

As product manager for Oxford Networks, Munro assesses industry trends via market analysis and customer discussions, while driving product planning, development and deployment to Maine-based customers.

Munro brings more than 20 years’ experience in the communications industry to Oxford Networks. He has worked as an account executive for Cingular and Verizon, a project manager for Schlumberger SEMA, and a systems engineer for Rolm Corporation.

Munro holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Salem State College. He lives in Brunswick with his wife and children.
