ABINGDON, MD. – Carroll Pierce Jipson, 58, of Abingdon, Md., died suddenly on March 7.

He was the former husband of Candace Jipson; devoted father of Christopher Jipson and Charity Savosik; dear brother of Arnold, Kelvin, Asa, Beverly, Charlene and Arline; and grandfather of Arianna, Andrew, Chloe and Sophia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
