MESA, Ariz. – Ray Savard of Arnolds Park, Iowa, and Mesa, Ariz., died suddenly on Saturday, March 1, in Mesa.
He was born in Lewiston, May 9, 1938, the son of Wilfrid and Alice (Ducharme) Savard. He graduated from St. Dom’s in 1956, and served four years in the U.S. Air Force.
He later settled in the Midwest, where he worked as an electrician until his retirement in 2000.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Becky; one son, Raymond and one daughter, Susan Henson and her husband, Dennis, both of Omaha, Neb.; one sister, Carmen Caron and her husband, Bob, of Monmouth; two grandsons, Zach and Luke Henson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
