TEMPLE – A service of Thanksgiving for the life of Robert L. Bull was held Saturday from the Fairbanks Union Church with the Rev. C. Scott Planting officiating. Mike Shaw was the organist and accompanied the congregation on the following hymns “Here I Am, Lord,” “Swing Low Sweet Chariot” and “When the Saints Go Marching In.” Corinne Stevens, soloist, sang “Because You Love Me.” Cesidio Anzellotti recited the prayer of St. Francis. Scripture lessons, lead by Kris Revelle, were Isa 65: 17-25; unison reading of Psalm 23 and 1 Corinthians 15. Remembrances were shared by his family members Laura Bull, Steve Bull and his wife, Leslie; grandson Spencer Bull and his wife, Mandy and Rob Bull. His son Rob encouraged people to take a packet of seeds with them upon leaving the sanctuary to attend the family reception in the church meeting room hosted by the deacons of the church. Amand Ritz recited the poem “Live to Make a Life.” Those in attendance were encouraged and allowed to offer their remembrances. Pallbearers were Steve Bull, Rob Bull, Laura Bull, Spencer Bull, Joe Arouni and Timur Sakayev. Winter entombment at the funeral home. Spring committal services at the family home in Temple. Arrangements are in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, Farmington.
