AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College is offering “FISH! Philosophy” (CCS 071-01) from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, March 28. The cost is $85.

FISH! Philosophy uses an engaging metaphor as a model to improve employee retention, create internal and external customer service and prevent stress and burnout. FISH! Philosophy provides the process, tools and language to generate the skills necessary to design a workplace full of inspiration, creativity and innovation.

The workshop will be facilitated by Julie Guerin, who has more than 20 years of experience in customer service, working for a major retailer in Maine.
