FARMINGTON – Charles and Lorilee Buzby of Califon, N.J., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Suzanne Kathryn Buzby of Portland, to Ryan Patrick Hersey of Portland, son of Paul and Therese Hersey of Farmington.

Miss Buzby is a 1999 graduate of Voorhees High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree. She is a teacher at Winfield Children’s House, a Montessori school in Falmouth.

Mr. Hersey is a 1998 graduate of Mt. Blue High School, a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Connecticut and a 2003 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington. He is a teacher at Thornton Academy Middle School in Saco.

The wedding will be held July 26 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport.
