Club to elect
PARIS – The newly formed Seneca Club (Friends of the Paris Library) will hold an organizational meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at the South Paris Library. The meeting was postponed on March 19.

Turkey dinner
PARIS – A turkey dinner with homemade pies for dessert will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Deering Memorial Methodist Church. Cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children under 12. There is parking behind the library and town office.
Church service
PARIS – Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, Paris, will observe the third Sunday of Easter on April 6. Sunday school for children and Making the Old Story Our Story for adults will begin at 9 a.m., with worship at 10:15 followed by coffee and a light lunch. The church will host a hypnosis show put on by hypnotist Michael Hathaway at 12:30 p.m. His shows are family-oriented.
Seniors to meet
LOCKE MILLS – The Bethel Senior Citizens Club will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, at the Legion Hall.
VFW supper
HARRISON – A public supper will be held on Saturday, April 12, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the VFW Hall, Route 35. Baked beans, brown bread, casseroles, macaroni and cheese, salads, pies and beverages will be served. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. The meal is being sponsored by Ronald G.
