CARRABASSETT – Karl D. Krieger, 69, of Carrabassett, died of natural causes, Saturday, March 29, at his home.

He was born April 26, 1938, in Augusta, the son of Lewis and Noella (Cox) Krieger. He received his education in Augusta schools and was a graduate of Cony High School.

He was employed by Salter Corporation in Augusta as a supervisor and worked on the building of Maine Yankee and most of the hydro projects in the state. He later started his own business, Three Rivers Construction, with his partners.
