1. Eat 3 servings (3 kinds) of vegetables and 3 servings (3 kinds) of fruit

2. Exercise everyday for about 15 or more minutes. For starters do how much you can, then try to do more everyday.

3. Don’t eat too many sweets because you may think they give you energy but they don’t, they make you tired after.

4. Do stretches everyday to get your muscles going. Doing workouts is good too, but don’t push yourself, just do what you can do.

5. Don’t eat a lot of junk food and try to eat a lot of healthy foods.
