CASTINE – Midshipman Kyle Dupuis of Lewiston is serving as regimental adjutant of the Maine Maritime Academy regiment of midshipmen, a student-run leadership and management training model.

Dupuis is the ranking midshipman responsible for the overall administrative management of the regiment. As the adjutant, he oversees a staff of 35 people. He was selected for the position on the basis of academic performance, conduct and leadership.

Dupuis, a graduate of Lewiston High School, is a member of the class of 2009. He is majoring in marine transportation operations.
