OSSIPEE, N.H. (AP) – A Massachusetts man has been charged with robbing a convenience store at knifepoint in New Hampshire, after witnesses chased him and he crashed into a snowbank.
Police say it happened Monday night in Ossipee, when a man pulled a knife on a clerk at the M & V Convenience store and ran out with money. Two customers tailed the robber and chased his car until he hit a snowbank on Route 16.
Police arrested 27-year-old Gerome Hazelwood of Lawrence, Mass.
