PORTLAND – The wedding of Stephanie Dubois and Jason Beattie was held at 1 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland. The Rev. Msgr. Paul Stefanco officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Beattie is the daughter of Denis and Sue Dubois of Lewiston. Mr. Beattie is the son of Kevin and Melinda Beattie of Springvale.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory strapless gown with wrap front and laced up back. The gown was embellished with stunning bands of beading across the neckline and down the train. She carried a bouquet of orange roses and Calla lilies.

A sister of the bride, Jessica Dubois, was her honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Nikki Ramage and Kelly Busby, friends.

Serving as best man was brother of the bridegroom, Scott Beattie. Ushers were two other brothers, Jeff and Jon Beattie.

A reception followed at the Eastland Park Hotel in Portland, after which the couple traveled to San Pedro, Belize, in Central America. They are residing in Portland.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in health fitness. She is general manager at the World Gym in Portland.

The bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Sanford High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in athletic training. He is a personal trainer at the World Gym in Portland.
