Norway – Patricia J. Bedard, 69, of West Paris, formerly of South Paris, died on Sunday morning, April 6, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Aug. 15, 1938, the daughter of S. Howard and Madeline Kennagh McAlister. She graduated from Paris High School and worked as a waitress and later at Community Concepts. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family. She was married to Stacey Bedard on Sept. 3, 1982. He died on Nov. 30, 1998.

Survivors include her two daughters and their husbands, Debbie and Dennis Poland and Cathy and Sheldon Morgan, all of Woodstock; grandchildren; Caesar Morgan and Jessica Frazier and son, Brody, of Scarborough, Heath and Torrey Poland and children, Caden and Madeline, of Woodstock, Melissa and Mike Haskell and daughter, Shyloe, of Buckfield and Brandy and Ryan Seams and daughter, Ollie, of Woodstock; a brother, Brand and Betty McAlister of South Paris; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; a grandson, Sandon Morgan; sisters, Priscilla Millet and Jeanette Turmenne; and a brother, Burton McAlister.
