LEWISTON – A memorial service honoring the life of Eugene N. “Sonny” Caron Jr. was held Monday at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Allen Austin officiated the service. During the service words of remembrance were expressed by Cheryl Breton, Pam Murray and Kyle Giguere. Melissa Wing sang “Amazing Grace” and “My Heart Will Go On.” The service concluded with military honors from the U.S. Marine Corps, playing “Taps” and presenting our country’s flag to Mr. Caron’s lifetime partner, Bernice Breton. A reception of fellowship followed the service at the C & J Hall in Lewiston.
