DIXFIELD – Kayla Chiasson was recently elected by a body of her peers as vice president of the Maine National Honor Society for 2008-09. The 11th-grader is a member of the Dunham Chapter, National Honor Society, at Dirigo High School in Dixfield

She will attend regular meetings with the other officers of the MNHS and help plan next year’s NHS state conference.
