PORTLAND – K.J. Forand netted six goals to lead Hebron to an 11-9 victory over Gould in girls’ lacrosse action Saturday.

The Lumberjacks (2-0) reversed a two-point deficit at the half for a two-point win by the end of regulation.

Katya Planson contributed three goals in the winning effort.

Chelsea O’Brien provided three goals for the Huskies (0-1), while Abbey Gardner and Caitlin Forbes added a pair each.

Boys’ lacrosse

Hebron 16, Proctor 9

BRUNSWICK – C.J. Estes and Junior Burke combined for 10 goals as Hebron sailed to a 16-9 victory over Proctor in boys’ lacrosse action Saturday.

The Lumberjacks jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, and played even over the next three frames. Marty Gallipeau and Bobby Thoits scored two goals apiece, while Dave Rothenberg provided a goal and two assists.

Charlie Wilhauer found the back of the net on four occasions and tallied an assist for Proctor in the losing effort.
