Auburn – Jacqueline A. Dubois, 75, of Ash Street, Lewiston, died on Saturday, April 12, at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice, after a brief illness with her family at her side.
She was born in Lewiston on March 3, 1933, a daughter to the late Dominique and Laura (Labbe) Asselin. She worked hard all her years at Shapiro Bros., and Falcon Shoe as a bottom cementer. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church, the Pastime Club and the 20 M Club. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and all her family.
She leaves two loving children, Normand Grenier and his wife, Joanne, of Lewiston and Aline Fongemie of Monmouth; seven grandchildren, Jeremiah Fongemie of Leeds, Ricky Fongemie of Missouri, Jenny Fongemie of Florida, Derek Muncey of Lewiston, Ryan Muncey, Bobby Grenier of Augusta and Brian Grenier of Augusta; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marcelle Desrosiers of Florida; and a very special nephew, Ronnie Bosse, who has been at her side.
She was predeceased by her two husbands, Robert Grenier and Bert Dubois.
The family llike to send a very special thank you to St. Mary’s and The Hospice House for the great care they gave to Jacqueline.
