WINDHAM (AP) – Some teenagers who purchased items that could be used to make a bomb are facing criminal charges in Windham.

Police say the four teens bought the products Friday and planned to make a bomb.

Investigators say the boy aroused suspicion at a Hannaford supermarket because of the products they were purchasing and the way they were acting.

Police aren’t saying what the teens bought to discourage copycat crimes.

All four teens have been summonsed for criminal use of explosives.
