FARMINGTON – Revolver is a young cat, only around a year old, who has joined the staff at the Franklin County Animal Shelter.
Staff members said he helps them out so much that they would hate to part with him, but feel that it would be nice for him to have a home of his own.
He likes to help with paperwork and he likes to scurry about the desk and sometimes a file or two will end up on the floor. Staff members think it is his way of letting them know they work too much and it is time to pay attention to him.
He also loves to play with pens. They said it is a constant battle to find pens at the shelter and they look no further than into Revolver’s kennel, which is where he likes to hide them.
So anyone looking for a feline friend that likes to help, visit the shelter and check out Revolver.
New dogs at the shelter include a chocolate lab male, beagle mix male and hound mix found in Industry.
The shelter will hold a vaccine clinic from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 20. They are also in need of cat litter, bleach and paper towels.
