The family wishes to express their thanks and gratitude to Dr. Pandey and his staff at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center Infusion department, especially the wonderful, caring nurses who would always joke along with him. Myron had a special admiration for Dr. Elena Theodosiou, who along with the Healthwell Foundation gave him courage.

Also, enormous gratitude to Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for their excellent care and support. Special thanks to Debbie, Carol, Christy, Trudy, Lynn and Chaplain Richard Waddell and the Coastal Med Tech whom Myron referred to as “The Tin Man.”
