Androscoggin Valley Soil and Water Conservation District joined with the other 15 soil and water conservation districts in Maine for a series of informational sessions and to enter into a formal working agreement with USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Maine Department of Agriculture and Maine Association of Conservation Districts.
