Year two is opening with “The Sands of Time,” an exhibit featuring 20 Maine artists and their unique interpretations of that theme, including aging symbols of our past, dramatic beach scenes and sand-textured work. Marquis, Ray Michaud, Jim Nickelson, Virginia Vase Nicoll, Petrea Noyes, David Puntel, Michael Ranucci, Tom Reichard, Sandra Scully, Mason Philip Smith, John Stass and Kristi Beck Touchette. The above piece, titled “Spirit,” was done by Field, a resident of Auburn.
