AUBURN – Nancy Leeman announces that Plantasia Florals has been sold to Sonia Tyler and Cindy Scribner. The sale took place on Feb 18. The staff is staying with the new owners. Leeman will stay involved with Plantasia as a consultant, and is available through the shop for special projects. The hours remain the same, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday. The new owners look forward to maintaining the uniqueness of Plantasia’s designs and adding plant maintenance services, as well as regular service to local businesses for fresh flower arrangements. Tyler recently returned from design training at The Boerma Institute in Holland, and Scribner completed design training in January at the Paula Pryke School in London.
