CANTON – Richard A. Charpentier, 78, passed away on April 18, at Victorian Villa.

He was born on Sept. 27, 1929, in Lewiston, the son of Dominique and Annette Charpentier.

Survivors include two daughters, Lucille and her husband, Richard Crowell, of Turner and Yvonne Gagnon and her husband, Mike, of Lisbon; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; a sister, Dolores and her husband, Francis Brooks; and a brother, Ronald Chapentier, all of Lewiston.
