ENGLEWOOD, Fla. – Robert A. Ballou, 90, of Englewood, Fla., passed away on Friday, April 25.

He was born on March 6, 1918, in North Dighton, Mass. He was a marketing representative for Getty Oil Company in Maine.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II.

He moved from Lewiston to Englewood, Fla., in 1980.

He attended the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Englewood, Fla.

He is survived by his wife, Fern; children Teri F. Bryant of East Stroudsburg, Pa., and Robert A. Ballou Jr. of Greenwood; sister Jean Ballou of Winthrop; five granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and two step-grandsons.
