Kelly Gilbert’s Peru Elementary School second-graders learned the health risks of smoking when “Samantha Skunk” visited. The skunk, played by Sara Hoff from Mountain Valley High School, is sponsored by the River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition. Samantha brings a positive anti-tobacco message to area second-graders.
