MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – Men with handguns strapped to their hips spent Saturday picking up trash near a Manchester playground.

The goal was to attract attention to two causes – cleaning up the neighborhood and celebrating the ability to carry a weapon as long as it’s not concealed.

Most of the participants are part of the Free State Project, an effort to get advocates for limited government and protection of constitutional rights to move to New Hampshire.
