LEWISTON – Cecil Dorr, 72, of 137 Oxford St., Lewiston, died Sunday, May 4, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, after a long illness.

He was born in Rumford on Aug. 11, 1935, the son of Ceylon and Helen (Tweedie) Dorr.

He was employed as a maintenance man at the Auburn Mall.

He was a member of the U.S. Army, having served from Jan. 26, 1955 to Jan. 25, 1957.

He is survived by one brother, John Dorr of Lewiston; one sister, Louise Nickerson and her husband, George, of Lewiston; and many nieces and nephews.
