Maine State Police Trooper Tyler Stevenson and his dog Ramos get a lift back to their cruiser from an Androscoggin County Sheriff’s pickup after bushwhacking over 3 miles into the woods after a subject who fled the scene of an accident on Brighton Hill Road in Minot about 5 p.m. Monday. According to Androscoggin County Deputy Travis Lovering, a man flipped his sport utility vehicle while rounding a corner. Lovering said a witness saw the man climb out of the vehicle and run into the woods. They gave up the search at about 6:30 p.m.
