The Loathsome Lady is a play starring middle school students from Elm Street School in Mechanic Falls. This play is directed by Cathi Wood and is produced by Karen Downing. The students are Kaitlyn Roy, Josh Caron, Josh Girardin, Meghan Rowe, Ally Morris, Lyndsey Hollingshead, Mary McKellick, Elliot Lee, Amanda Gibson and Tanisha Elston. The play takes place, in the world of King Arthur’s court back in medieval times, and was presented on April 17, in the Elm Street School gymnasium.

The students all worked hard. Learning the lines was a challenge but it all paid off in the end.
