England swept the 100 and 300 meter hurdles as well as the triple jump in Poland’s home meet against Falmouth, Waynflete and Old Orchard Beach on May 2. England scored a total of 14 points in those events at last year’s Class B state meet.

Melody Lam, Mt. Blue

Lam was triple trouble for the competition in a KVAC meet at Skowhegan last Thursday. She won the 400 and 800 meters while leading the Cougars’ 4×400 relay squad to victory.
