AUBURN – The St. Dominic Regional High School anatomy and physiology classes recently held a heath fair for students and faculty. The classes organized the event with the help of their teacher, Pamela Kay.

The anatomy students planned exhibits on nutrition and stress management. The nutrition table offered healthy snack ideas, and the stress management table offered homemade stress balls and tips for staying calm under pressure.

Nursing students from the Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing set up two booths on different types of cancer and on heart health and disease. A representative from the YMCA had a booth on fitness and exercise.

The Lewiston Youth Advisory Council showed its video, “Smashed,” that helps increase awareness of underage drinking.
