OXFORD – Shane and Debbie Green of South Paris are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Green of Oxford, to Eric Palmer of Oxford, son of Patti and Albert Bussiere and Jim and Syl Palmer of Auburn.

Miss Green is a 2002 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and is employed at Longhorn Steakhouse in Auburn.

Mr. Palmer is a 1995 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at McCann Fabrication in New Gloucester.

A June 6, 2009, wedding is planned.
