Post 112 Legionnaire Joseph Bernard has been named the post’s Legionnaire of the Year in Oxford. Bernard has held the offices of commander, past commander and adjutant and is the post finance officer. A few of the committees he has been involved in are beano, sick call visitation, Cub and Boy Scout Troop 196 and legion baseball. Commander Al Healey, left, is presenting Bernard a plaque.
