RUMFORD – The Napoleon Ouellette Post 24, American Legion, is organizing a parade for Memorial Day, May 26, to honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Participation of residents is asked. It is a rain or shine event.

Following the parade there will be an open house at the post on Congress Street. There will be refreshments for the children involved with the parade at the Legion and refreshments for adults at the VFW hall on Waldo Street.
