LEWISTON – Jeannette M. Roy, 77, of 12 Howe St., Auburn, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 12, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Lewiston, April 29, 1931, the daughter of Napoleon and Marieange Boulet Beaule and was the last survivor of their children. She was educated in local schools and was married June 10, 1950, to Roger E. Roy, who predeceased her April 24, 2006.
She was a member of the Auburn Catholic Community at Sacred Heart Church, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and the New Auburn Senior Citizens. She enjoyed flower gardening, bingo, camping, and many trips she and her husband enjoyed together over the years.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Timmer and husband, Jeff, of Ft. Myers, Fla.; a son, Ronald “Ron” Roy of Auburn; a granddaughter, Sarah J. Baril; a great-grandson, Kalib Ouellette; many nieces, nephews and dear friends; a sister-in-law, Anita Beaule of Lewiston; and a brother-in-law, Roger Nadeau of Auburn.
She was predeceased by a brother, Lionel Beaule; two sisters, Lucille Arsenault and her husband, Armand and Pauline Nadeau.
