LINCOLN PLANTATION – The cause of a motor vehicle accident that killed a Milan, N.H., man Friday night on Route 16 in the village of Wilsons Mills remained under investigation Monday night, state police Trooper Corey Smith said.

Timothy Cusson, 31, of Milan Hill Road, died at the scene of the 6 p.m. crash, which was reported by a passerby, the investigator said.

“From the evidence at the scene it appears he went off the road and the vehicle rolled over, and he was ejected and died at the scene as a result of his injuries,” Smith said.

Cusson was alone and headed west toward Errol, N.H., in a 2003 Ford F350 registered to his employer, JML Trucking of Errol, the trooper said.

The truck was demolished.
