It has been announced that Matthew R.L. Smith has made the dean’s list at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mass., where he is majoring in architectural engineering.

Smith is the son of David Smith and Stacey and Todd Blodgett and grandson of Dave and Sandy Walker. He graduated from Dirigo High School in Dixfield in June of 2007.
