A dozen area songwriters will perform original music Saturday, May 17, in an “unplugged” setting at Gould Academy’s Bingham Hall Auditorium in Bethel. All proceeds from “An Evening of Melody” will benefit Melody Bonnema of Bonnema Potters, who was seriously injured in an auto accident in January. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets, $10, are available at the Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce office and will be sold at the door. For more information, call 824-3246 or 824-2517.
