LEWISTON – Aimed at new business startups, L-A SCORE and the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce will offer a workshop, “Your Business Plan and Financing,” at the chamber Community Room from 1 to 4 p.m. May 22. Cost is $25 for individual attendees, with a 10 percent discount for additional partners.

Facilitators for the SCORE workshop will be Greg Gould from AVCOG/Small Business Development Centers, providing the components and organization of a successful business plan; SCORE counselor Maurice Ouellette in a discussion of the financial exhibits that support the plan; and SCORE counselor Elizabeth Hoy, retired bank loan officer, who will provide information required to generate needed financing for the new enterprise.
