Amanda Beth Collette, daughter of Donald and Ann Collette of Lewiston, graduated from the University of Maine on May 10 with a bachelor of arts degree in communication sciences and disorders. Collette graduated from St. Dominic Regional High School in 2004.
She received the highest honor of summa cum laude with a grade point average of 3.8 and was on dean’s list every semester as an undergraduate. She was also an officer of the National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association at UMaine.
She will continue to pursue a master’s degree at UMaine in speech-language pathology in the fall.
