The broadcast and print media are trying to select the Democratic party’s presidential nominee. Even the Sun Journal is guilty. Headlines have been much larger for a Barack Obama primary win than for a Hillary Clinton win.
I hope voters will disregard the blatant attempt to manipulate the democratic process.
Another example is “projected winners” appearing on the TV screen (based on exit polls) before the polls have closed. Who knows if the exit polls are truthful? On a rainy night, it might be tempting to stay home and not vote if a candidate appears to have already lost.
In looking at candidates, qualifications matter. Only one candidate has lived in the White House and had a closeup look at what being president really involves. She is probably the most intelligent of those who aspire to lead this country.
Other nations have had women as leaders, why not America?
