LEWISTON – A Celebration of Life service honoring the life of Albertine “Betty”LaPointe was held Saturday morning at Pinette and Lynch Funeral Home, with Betty’s daughter Claudette Dahlgren presiding.

During the service, words of remembrance were shared by Betty’s granddaughter, Heather Gagne, and by Betty’s daughter-in-law, Helen LaPointe. Family friend, Robert Wahler, sang “Amazing Grace” at the conclusion of services.

All were invited to a reception of fellowship at the home of Robert and Helen LaPointe in Monmouth. Burial will be Monday at the Maine Veterans Cemetery, Belgrade Road, Augusta.
