LEWISTON – The Senior College “Food for Thought” luncheon program series at USM/Lewiston-Auburn on Friday, June 13, will feature an illustrated presentation by Barbara Randall of her many trips to Iceland.
The program, “Iceland: Land of Frost and Fire,” will include her photographs and commentary about the unique environmental, economic and social characteristics of this highly developed island country in the North Atlantic.
Randall is a former dean of women students at Bates College, a retired English teacher and an extensive world traveler, as well as a frequent instructor for the L-A Senior College program.
The luncheon program will be held at noon in the Function Room 170 at USM/L-A. The cost, which includes lunch, is $6.50 with advance reservation or $8 at the door, opening at 11:30 a.m.

Any late callers will be considered as “at the door.”
