LEWISTON – A Celebration of Life Service honoring the life of Jerry L. Dunn was held Tuesday at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Cullen presiding. Words of Remembrance were shared by Jerry’s close friend, Raoul Chalifoux, and the Rev. Cullen read words of tribute written by Jerry’s companion, Monique Gagnon. A delegation from Rainbow Federal Credit Union was also in attendance. Prior to the conclusion of services, the U.S. Air Force Honor Detail played “Taps” and presented our country’s flag to Jerry’s daughter, Amanda in recognition of her father’s service to his country during the Vietnam Conflict. After military honors, all were invited to a reception of fellowship at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Dunn in Mechanic Falls.
