SOUTH PORTLAND – The Maine Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development is offering “Fun and Games – How to Effectively Utilize Games When Training!” on June 10 at the Wyndam Hotel, in the Sebago Room, 363 Maine Mall Road.

Breakfast and networking start at 7:30 a.m. The program begins at 8 and runs to 9:30 a.m. Resource sharing continues until 10. Attendees will receive a free booklet of Training Games to use back in the workplace.

The facilitator will be Katie Vaillancourt, corporate training manager, CONTECH Construction Products Inc., and presenters will be various Maine ASTD board members and members. They will offer ideas on how to help trainees learn by using games and to make topics fun, interesting and memorable.

Cost is $10 for members, $20 for non-members, and includes breakfast.
