NORWAY – Ivan A. Philbrook II passed away unexpectaly at his home on Friday, May 30.

He is survived by his parents, Sandra and David Philbrook; three sisters; one brother; a girl friend of 12 years; and many nieces and nephews.

He will sadly be missed by many.
