Rumford resident Jason Jolin enters his ballots into voting machines on Tuesday while chatting with Selectman J. Arthur Boivin while others wait behind Jolin to enter their seven ballots inside the Rumford American Legion hall on Congress Street. In addition to party lines and a state referendum, Rumford voters completed town meeting referendum and municipal election ballots.
